New Coppens product: SteCo CAVIAR

SteCo CAVIAR is formulated for sturgeon that are selected for caviar production. From the onset of maturity female sturgeon require a diet that promotes egg development and promotes a high gonadosomatic index. SteCo CAVIAR has a high level of high quality protein with a well balanced amino acid profile for optimal egg development. Its low fat level meets the requirement for energy but prevents accumulation of body fat.

Recirculation
SteCo CAVIAR is suitable for all farming systems including recirculation farms where its high water stability minimises leaking of nutrients and pollution.

Balanced nutrition
SteCo CAVIAR has a well balanced level of vitamins and minerals for maturing sturgeon. The oil in this diet is rich in long chain omega-3 fatty acids which results in healthy and tasty caviar.
Lecithin is added for efficient fat metabolism. Special crustacean meal is added for a highly palatable product. SteCo CAVIAR is suitable for all sturgeon.
